Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We may, however, use your email address to send you information about our site, products and services. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal.

Shipping

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not have shelves stocked with product. We try and ship each order within 3-5 days, or sooner in many cases. Occasionally, due to our rapid growth, lead times may extend beyond this window. In such cases as these, you will be notified and given the option to choose another product, or wait until the stated delivery date.

We will ship via USPS or UPS depending on the option you choose. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders shipped will require a signature indicating your receipt of the product. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, however we do ship worldwide. International Shipments may be subject to Customs Fees, Broker Fees and Taxes. The Buyer is responsible for all additional fees.

The Free Shipping option is only available for shipments within the United States. If you are not located within the United States and you choose the Free Shipping option, we will notify you with the appropriate shipping charges . Your order will not ship until these charges have been paid.

Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Please keep this information until you receive your products.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product purchases. However, due to the nature of the products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, untested and new. This means the seal can not be broken or opened, and the product must be returned within 5 days of receipt. If your item has arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product – please contact us within 2 business days of receipt. Tell us the nature of the damage or mis-shipped item. Please retain all receipts and shipping supplies for UPS inspection. In addition, do not return any items without receiving prior authorization from sales@sudsgirlsoapco.com. Upon receipt at our facility, you will receive a refund minus shipping charges.

Please note: Only items purchased on www.sudsgirlsoapco.com are accepted for a return. We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a store location other than www.sudsgirlsoapco.com and will not issue credit on unauthorized returns. All merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded.

Shelf Life

Our products are handcrafted fresh and are preserved with natural preservatives. For peak freshness, use your product within 6 months. Most products stay fresh and beautiful for 12 months.

Wholesale

We do offer our products wholesale to Spas, Boutiques and Wellness Centers to name a few. If you wish to purchase our products wholesale, please contact wholesale@sudsgirlsoapco.com to obtain a wholesale package. Very shortly, all wholesale purchases will be made via our wholesale website. In the meantime, all wholesale orders will be placed via email and billed through PayPal.

Custom Gift Buckets & Corporate Gifts

We are happy to create any type of gift in practically any type of container you prefer! The Gift Buckets available on our website are only the beginning and only limited by our imagination (this is normally not an issue as Suds Consultants can be pretty wild!). If you have something special in mind, please contact us and a Suds Consultant will be happy to help you.

Wedding & Baby Shower Gifts/Favors

We create wedding and baby shower gifts and favors all of the time and they are always a great hit. We do this by working with you personally and determining what your needs are based on budget and time constraints. A Suds Consultant will be assigned to handle your special day.
